Overview
Registration is the process by which a guest is added to the AARFIDware™ database and subsequently assigned identification media, usually an RFID transponder in the form factor of a wrist band or ID card.
During the registration process, credentials are assigned to the guest. Credentials are rights to various concessions, activities and locations around your facility. Credentials include, but are not limited to:
- Access rights
- Tickets
- Cashless payment capabilities
Also during the registration process, members of the same group are linked together in the AARFIDware™ system. Emergency contact information may be written to RFID media so that, should a person become lost or incapacitated, emergency responders will know who to contact.
Swift Processing
Our goal is to make registration a swift, easy process. We want guests to spend a little time in line as possible. To do this we offer an assortment of applications and techniques to make the registration process smooth and quick.
On line Registration
On line registration is an optional, customized offering from AARFID™. With online registration, guests can purchase rights to assorted products and services offered by your facility. When they arrive, guests are assigned RFID media by your staff.
Self Registration
Self registration is also an optional, customized offering from AARFID™. It is much like on-line registration, except that it occurs after a guest has arrived at your facility. During self-registration, guests create records for themselves. Once finished with the registration process, your staff assigns RFID media.
Staff Assisted Registration
Staff assisted registration assumes that your staff will make all necessary registration entries on behalf of your guest. To enable staff assisted registration, we offer integration services that link AARFIDware™ to existing guest registration solutions. Further, we offer optional, customized driver’s license swiping capabilities.
Other Registration Considerations
During all registration methods mentioned above, multiple people from the same party may have their records linked. Further, information about pets or valuables may be logged.
Collecting Demographic Information
During the registration process, as much or as little information as you require may be collected including, but not limited to:
- Personal information
- Security information
- Photo ID’s. usernames, passwords, pin numbers,
- Medical information
- Messaging information
- Access Rights by type of guest (not ticketing)
