The design of Ferroxtag on Metal Screw Box is intended to be screwed, riveted or even glued on the item to be identified. The robust design allows operation even in the toughest environments. This tag is also suitable for extreme temperatures above 150ºC. Applications can be found for asset tracking as well as in industrial environments. Ferroxtag on Metal Screw Box can be used to identify high value products such as laptops, computers, medical equipment, but also for industrial boxes, pallets, beer kegs and gas cylinders.

Encapsulation material is Polyamide 66 (UL94 V-0 certified) sealed with silicone or epoxi resin. These alternatives can be chosen depending on the environment where the tag will work.

The reading range is around 30 cm to 40 cm when an industrial reader is used (with 4 watts power).
